Liked: Nothing. Customer service was poor.
Disliked: Customer service was poor, room was dirty. Was denied any accommodations. Staff refused to clean the room because they were not “housekeeping.” Stated they could not verify that it was not me that caused the mess when the same two girls watched me walk in and come back down within 15 minutes. In the picture with the soap… I understand it is just soap but it is inevitable that the counter and wall were not properly sanitized. The floor was also sticky as if it had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. I did not make it past the bathroom due to my findings. Front desk staff told me I could just stay in the room and they could clean it the following day.

Liked: First room was filthy and had stains on the sheets. And smelled like dog pee. The AC didn’t work. The second room I got AC didn’t work, microwave was broken.The plumbing was backed up, couldn’t shower.

Liked: I didn’t quite love my experience . Starting off the day of check-in it was really rainy and cold. Getting to the room I expected them to be a little bit more spacious but no, they’re quite small. As well as I just tried to see it through to get to the pool that was the whole reason we were there anyways get to the pool the pool I at least that would be heated and wasn’t but that’s on my end for not checking beforehand. As well as the hot tub is really dirty, and the water looked really murky and had a ring up brown on the wall of the hot tub. And we came down to the night when sleeping the room is very hot and had a thermostat on the wall for temperature and could’ve adjusted it, but wouldn’t get colder needless to say we booked for the weekend and we didn’t stay the whole time we did check out early they have a beautiful establishment just when you’re staying there there’s a little defects as well as their breakfast really wasn’t that good as well and I had stayed at other hotels previously in the book and they don’t have as well as the best breakfast but they have a better breakfast . Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.
