Disliked: There was a noise all night that sounded like water running or a machine trying to wash clothes.

Liked: The employees at the front desk were very nice. The hotel looked clean but my pillows smelled a little like sweat.
Disliked: The pillows and towels smelled like sweat.

Disliked: The key card didn’t open the door.. 3 trips back to the desk and 45 mins later still couldn’t get door open. They finally moved us to another room. That key card took 5 to 10 try’s before it would work.. apparently it’s a problem there as another person said their key didn’t work either. Finally got settled and went to the bathroom. Guess what , the toilet wouldn’t flush. My husband had to take the top tank off and fix it each time to get it to flush. The staff was indifferent. Would not recommend this place.

Disliked: It was the worst Country Inn and Suites I have ever been at. Old outdated rooms, water not hot enough for a decent shower, TV not operating, just needs to have a complete remodel.

Liked: It was okay. We had the things we needed most—bed to sleep, shower, fridge.
Disliked: The staff was not courteous when we had trouble with our keys working. They said that it was our fault—although this was the only place our key cards were so finicky on our entire trip.There was no hotel sign making it clear that we were in the right place.The room left something to be desired as far as cleanliness.
