Liked: Everyone was fine until you ask the breakfast lady at 9 55 am if there's any more waffles. Her reply was nah ah I'm not making any more waffles. I get she appeared to be elder and tired as she made sure we heard she's been here since 7 am but I called downstairs and was told breakfast is until 10 30. I had touched the waffle machine and it was warm. Had she just said it in a different manner like we're sorry we are out of waffles but her response was I'm sorry just simply Rude. This act alone made me rate it low. It just messed up my morning. Don't fire her just either get her help or re train your staff. Thank you. And we'll you're under remodeling for Hilton and the obvious is seen all over. Ps I'm not handicapped but why would all the tissue papers blow dryers etc...be put almost to the floor in the bathroom wooden thing? Just wondered how a handicapped person would be able to reach things on the floor. Well those are my 2 cents. I'm about to check out at 12 today.

Liked: During works, no swiming pool, no spa, no sport room for the same price!

Liked: Would have been nice if we had been informed of the renovations taking place before we arrived.We weren't even sure if the place was open! We thought we had been scammed! Your desk clerk was very sweet and very helpful. She apologized profusely. We booked 2 rooms and both were very clean and comfortable. The handicap accessible bathroom was perfect for our family member who uses a walker. Thank you so much for providing a bath chair for shower in the accessible bathroom! This is our go to hotel when we travel for family events in Southern Maryland. The location of the hotel is close to our family. Hope the new changes meet the same things we enjoy about this location!

Not so great this time

Liked: All facilities were closed due to renovation. My TV did not work.

Superb

Liked: The welcome, the availability, the breakfast. It’s the 4th time I stay in this hotel.There is a lot works actually to refresh all the rooms.
Disliked: The swimming pool and the spa are closed for several months. So a little to expensive without these services.
