Friendly staff, good location, older...

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly and responsive to issues. Location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and highway access.
Disliked: Housekeeping is supposed to come every 3 days. I was there from Friday-Tuesday and room was never cleaned. Also there was quite a bit of deferred maintenance that needs to be done to the property.
