I would stay there again but would go OUT for breakfast.
Liked: The bed was really good for a hotel! The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was a big disappointment. The eggs tasted like they were a mix. The bacon was cool. If everything was hot it would have been so much better. We ate at 8:00 and it closed at 9 or 9:30 so it wasn't that.

The rooms were very nice. Excellent service! Will definitely stay here next time I attend an Infinite Energy concert.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Very affordable
Disliked: Water was turned off for 5+ hours. The only pleasant people working there were the woman who checked us in and the housekeepers. Although we didn't go for the service just for the vacation.

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean! The cleaning lady that worked our room was so nice and accommodating. The manager Mike was really nice
Disliked: I didn't like that the pool was closed, that was one of the main reasons why I chose that hotel for my six year old son to have something to do. I feel that they should have updated or put a note of their site about the closure. The other was apparently a language barrier. I asked the front desk clerk for an extra luggage rack for my son's suitcase and she gave me towels. She didn't understand.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the room clean and tidy, decent air con
Disliked: When I arrived, the receptionist was chatting in her language, on the phone, the whole time. At first I thought she was talking to me, but she wasn’t speaking a language I understood. She managed ‘ name’ to ascertain who I was and ‘card’ when it came to see my identity. I was not impressed. I don’t expect a red carpet when I arrive but I do expect to be greeted and the attention of the receptionist whilst booking me in. No explanation if which room I was in, where the elevators were, how breakfast works or what the WiFi code was, basic instructions that any decent reception at a hotel would give. Whilst I only stayed one night. Some courtesy would have been expected.
