Very disappointed in our stay

Disliked: Couldn’t figure out how to turn the light off in the living room space, after calling down stairs she informs me that the light switch is in the other room, shortly after calling downstairs for the light I had to call again to inform them The shower didn’t work when switching from tub to shower. Once house keeping came to “fix” the water pressure was horrible! Couldn’t even wash my hair. No one ever reached out to see if it was OK.. I didn’t want to call yet again to complain about the pressure.. I did inform the woman at the front desk during check out.(she offered nothing in regards to a resolution, I figured she may offer a discount

room was adequate. would look...

Liked: location and I could take my dogs
Disliked: bathroom sink and shower did not drain. carpet in elevator very dirty. furniture all knicked up

Liked: Our room was just very dingy, and smelled like a smoker had previously resided in it.
