Liked: Vinny and Nicki were awesome. We truly enjoyed Vinny's entertainment. And Nicki's hospitality. They are a great asset to the company. We enjoyed the nightly reception and the fire pit. We'll definitely be back.
Disliked: Everything was pleasant.

Great rooms, and breakfast. Pool...

Liked: Breakfast was great! The room was very large and clean and comfortable
Disliked: I pre booked through booking.com, when we got there after driving for 12 hours, they could not find my reservation even by using my confirmation number, then we paid for our room and then noticed that the hotel charged me again as a no show. Apparently the reservation was under the guests name not mine as we were paying for two rooms. Because of this our rooms were not close together. It was not until the next morning that we discovered what the double charge was and the management did reverse the charges.I feel when we checked in that the girl on the front desk was not experienced enough to figure out why she could not find our reservation even with my printed confirmation number.
