Overall my stay was pleasant...

Liked: The room was very clean and no bed bugs. The shower was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like I could print what I needed to for my work away from home. I like I could set the temperature in my room that was comfortable for me. I like I had the option to make some tea and hot chocolate.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little better. I like my eggs done well and I do not like sausage. I wish crispy bacon was an option too. That being said I did have some of the eggs and some oatmeal, a banana and a bagel, therefore it was an adequate breakfast.

This hotel was very quiet...

Liked: Closest to the airport where my seminar took place.
Disliked: I needed coffee much earlier than available in breakfast room. The little pot in room only had one pod. Not a huge deal, but harder to wake up.

Very clean, but extremely uncomfortable...

Liked: The front desk person at check-in was very friendly. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The building is old and is in a run down part of town. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable in the parking lot after dark. It could benefit from more lighting. My room was very clean, but smelled quite musty, like a really old, closed up house. The bed was terrible! My best comparison is to a crib mattress. It was all springs and crunchy plastic sounds. I managed to lay in it until 4 a.m. when I got up and checked out because I couldn’t take it anymore. I napped in my car further down the road instead. This property was not what I expected from a Country Inn and Suites. It was more Super 8 style.
