Clean, Comfortable, Currently undergoing construction...

Liked: The price was very good and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean.
Disliked: Although very close to the freeway, it wasn't obvious how to get there -- you have to go through the Shell station lot. It is also undergoing construction inasmuch as it's changing brands and being upgraded.

Disliked: Hotel was being remodeled. we weren't notified of it when booking. Nothing was available for breakfast at 8:30 AM. Noisy, interstate traffic. Hard to find entrance to hotel.

Liked: Location was ok, our room was satisfactory
Disliked: The location had no lobby due to remodeling work going on, the breakfast was pretty much non-existent . Had to walk through construction area to enter and leave. Just wasn’t what marketing materials had led us to expect.

The bedroom was okay but...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: It was under massive repair with caution tape everywhere. You advised breakfast but with all the renovations they just had three types of bread and coffee. It would have been helpful before my reservation was made to have known that. Also, I thought it was advertised as refundable until the night before. The confirmation was sent and it said no confirmation. I thought I had another day but didn’t. It felt like a bait and switch.

Liked: Nothing. We were unable to stay at the hotel due to major construction renovation. May be a nice hotel after renovation if you don’t mind driving thru a gas station to reach it.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Carpet felt wet, stains on the sheets and they felt wet and smelled like mildew, shower floor had hair and dirt in it, shower head leaked into the floor, gnats and flies in bedroom and bathroom
