Comfortable bed but that’s about...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Some staff member left a lot to be desired with their version of good customer service. Some were nice however surprisingly replied “they were afraid of that” when I let them know I reserved our room through booking.com. The breakfast was lacking. The eggs were little circles that looked like something that just came out of the freezer. No fresh fruit. No bacon. It was disappointing.

Liked: The whole overall room layout and design!
Disliked: Nothing bad stood out… but would have loved to have ice machine on the second floor. Not having a late checkout?

Disliked: Need tissues Heavier blanket for room put in closet for guests who need them.The pool was not open

Comfortable but stained linens.

Liked: The breakfast was really nice. Thought we didn't have time to use the pool, it did look like it was really nice.
Disliked: My biggest issue with this hotel was that every linen was stained. The bedding had black marks on it. One of the towels had a big boot mark on it. I was surprised at how none of the linens looked to be clean.
