We usually choose one of...

Liked: Room temperature was consistent and easy to control. Noise level from hallway and other guests was minimal.
Disliked: No grab bars in the bathroom. I thought this would be standard everywhere by now. No place to hang wet towels (which grab bars often provide). No place to hang hand towel in use. No TV channel guide. Only two hangers. Requested a shower chair when reservation was made online. Had to request it again after we arrived. Clock wasn't set to the accurate time. Something about an outlet next to the bed wasn't working - couldn't use it to charge phones.
