Overall stay was enjoyable

Liked: The manager offered us a free upgrade to a suite which we really enjoyed. It was nice to have the extra space we did not realize we needed! The room was spacious and the overall property was 100% better than our last visit. Hotel was very clean, quick check-in which did not happen on our last visit it went very smoothly this time. We really appreciated the room upgrade at no additional cost. There were guests but overall property was much quieter and pleasant this time with no kids running and screaming up and down the halls at all hours of the night. We plan to return again on our next trip to visit family in Katy. The staff was kind, patient, friendly and hotel was pristine. I can not rate the breakfast because we’ve never had time to try it.

Liked: All was good,nice breakfast, welcoming reception. Bed springs noisy and matrass too soft. Other than that, overall was perfect

Liked: The person at the counter was friendly, and check-in and check out was easy.
Disliked: The pool looked dirty and overlooked the parking lot. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews, but I'm not happy with my choice. It wasn't clean enough, the elevator had a piece of glue on the floor that was visible. It wasnt clean enough and the lamps was disconected from the wall, The sheets on the beds were not properly placed, they looked a little old and the mattress protector was on top of the sheets.
