I changed rooms the day of my check-in. I was quoted a price with the difference for changing rooms but wasn't informed about the $50 incidental deposit. When I went to call the front desk later about the charge at the time, the phone in the room was not working. Everything was plugged in but I couldn't even get a dial tone. There was a chocolate bar in a trash can in my room upon check in.

Liked: Condition of rooms. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Guest services by front desk. Cleanliness of room.

The location and the staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the breakfast was good; the hotel was within walking distance of the mall and several restauraunts and had a free shuttle. I would stay here again.

Disliked: I booked a suite and they put us in a handicapped room. I wish they had asked me if that was OK. Also, the suite door was glass with no curtain, so it sort of defeats the purpose of a suite.

The staff was very friendly, the suite was very nice, and the free shuttle service was tremendous.

Liked: Everything was great.

My friend and I enjoyed our trip very much due to the close proximity to all we wanted. Great shopping, great restaurants, close to concert venue, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, small groups, families or anyone that wanted a nice weekend with plenty to do and a nice hotel nearby.

Disliked: Did not like the pillows, we also had a light bulb out in our bathroom. The buttons stuck on the remote control. Maybe sticky...

Liked: Friendly staff at check in.
Disliked: Hotel is under remodel so construction was being done. Room was okay,however minimal water pressure in showers. Breakfast buffet could use some better help. Staff sat at a table reading a book. Guests had to request more food as it ran out. Tables weren’t being cleaned.

Liked: The rooms are updated and very clean. Breakfast offers variety. Pets welcome for a fee.
Disliked: The shower head was too low. If you are taller than 5'5", don't plan to get a good shower. I'm 5'9" and had to lean back to wash my hair. It really hurt my neck.

Liked: Proximity to attractions we were visiting
Disliked: It was dirty, and ran down, not unkept. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broke and had the top off so you could see inside with a sign that said “sorry pool is broken”. The side security doors were not secured. We had stains on our carpet and room was musky.

Liked: Good location near the legends.
Disliked: Appearance is ok but not great. Could use some updates & a good cleaning. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel but hallways smell like marijuana and our room smelled like cigarettes from someone in a nearby room smoking. Vents are visibly dirty. Only a thin blanket and sheet provided on the bed, no comforter. Didn’t get to try the breakfast because we had to get up and leave early due to the cigarette smoke and having a child who is allergic/has chronic asthma. I spoke with the front desk attendant and he was going to have the manager call me & have not heard from the manager yet.
