I changed rooms the day of my check-in. I was quoted a price with the difference for changing rooms but wasn't informed about the $50 incidental deposit. When I went to call the front desk later about the charge at the time, the phone in the room was not working. Everything was plugged in but I couldn't even get a dial tone. There was a chocolate bar in a trash can in my room upon check in.

The location and the staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the breakfast was good; the hotel was within walking distance of the mall and several restauraunts and had a free shuttle. I would stay here again.

Disliked: I booked a suite and they put us in a handicapped room. I wish they had asked me if that was OK. Also, the suite door was glass with no curtain, so it sort of defeats the purpose of a suite.

The staff was very friendly, the suite was very nice, and the free shuttle service was tremendous.

My friend and I enjoyed our trip very much due to the close proximity to all we wanted. Great shopping, great restaurants, close to concert venue, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, small groups, families or anyone that wanted a nice weekend with plenty to do and a nice hotel nearby.

Liked: We had to check in late and reserved this hotel at the last minute. There was an emergency happening at the hotel when we showed up, but our check in was still really easy and great! The suite exceeded my expectations, amazing shower, comfortable bed. Absolutely incredible value.
Disliked: Provided breakfast was fair.

Liked: Understandable mess with remodeling. But, keys wouldn't work (nor the cleaning person's key), elevator didn't come back to 3rd floor. Jacuzzi not working. Good breakfast. Staff good and working hard. Need reading light, not low light.

Liked: The room was nice and bed comfortable. There was no place to plug in my phone charger by the nightstand. The refrigerator just barely kept my drinks cold. Breakfast was good but didn’t start until 6:30.

Nice place would stay again.

Liked: The property was very clean and recently remodeled. Employees were nice. Breakfast was hot and they never shut it down till everyone had eaten.
Disliked: Not much to dislike. Bummer hot tub was broke.
