I changed rooms the day of my check-in. I was quoted a price with the difference for changing rooms but wasn't informed about the $50 incidental deposit. When I went to call the front desk later about the charge at the time, the phone in the room was not working. Everything was plugged in but I couldn't even get a dial tone. There was a chocolate bar in a trash can in my room upon check in.

The location and the staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the breakfast was good; the hotel was within walking distance of the mall and several restauraunts and had a free shuttle. I would stay here again.

Disliked: I booked a suite and they put us in a handicapped room. I wish they had asked me if that was OK. Also, the suite door was glass with no curtain, so it sort of defeats the purpose of a suite.

The staff was very friendly, the suite was very nice, and the free shuttle service was tremendous.

My friend and I enjoyed our trip very much due to the close proximity to all we wanted. Great shopping, great restaurants, close to concert venue, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, small groups, families or anyone that wanted a nice weekend with plenty to do and a nice hotel nearby.

Disliked: The heater made a noise while it might bother some it didn't bother me. The whirlpool isn't working for now but the pool is open.

Disliked: The bathroom had rust on the bathroom hinges the door frame had rust on it also no exhaust fan in the bathroom and you could hear the people next door to us

Disliked: I’ve stayed here multiple times. Never had a problem. This time, wow! The first room they put us in smelled like dog & cat litter boxes! Terrible. They did move us to the second floor. The hot tub was ‘out of order’. There were people fighting in the hall ways. There was trash in the hall all day on Sunday. The shampoo conditioners are super tiny compared to the usual. Obvious new owners. And not a good thing.
