Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very good. Location was great.
Disliked: The bed was bowl shaped. Had to sleep with our head at the foot of the bed. Didn't ask for another room because I can handle it. But that bed should never have been offered as a service. Worst bed in a hotel ever.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice but could use maintenance. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety.
Disliked: The pool had a missing screw on the top rung off the ladder. Our room (115) had a missing piece of baseboard, and the heat cover was flimsy. It seems simple maintenance is needed.

Liked: I love everything and it was very clean in the room but in the breakfast room it wasn't everything as they had said we wanted to use the microwave to warm up something but it was so dirty I look like they haven't cleaned it for a while and I wanted to get some orange juice but it was filthy around the orange juice machine and sticky.
