Disliked: The pool was permantly closed and they are choosing to not do breakfast for the time being. The tv was blurry on every channel.

Disliked: Was not told until check in that the pool and Continental breakfast work down due to construction

Liked: The bed was nicely made when I arrived.
Disliked: Dirty carpet, towel rack breaking away from wall and leaning away from the wall. Hair dryer no longer attached to the wall and lying on counter top. One dresser drawer was not working properly. It was actually sitting on an angle and not sightly. Coffee machine had no tray for coffee pouch, so pouch had to be placed in coffee cup. In addition, my prepaid reservation was not received by the property from the online agent. I had to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes until my prepaid reservation was sorted out. Even though the property advertised free breakfast and indoor pool both were closed due to remodeling.

Disappointing

Liked: Renee at the front desk was spectacular Housekeeping did a good job with what they had available. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: VERY poor maintenance, pool closed, no breakfast as advertised The tub ran all constantly, not a drip a constant stream and no maintenance available. The shower diverter was stuck so the shower and the tub ran at the same time so very little water pressure to get the shampoo out of your hair. Cracks in the wall, very stained carpet. No hangers, no iron but there was an ironing board. Even the fire safety info had been removed from the door. And the nightstand drawer was missing.Overall super disappointed it was our anniversary we in town for the Art fair, very let down with the property.
