Short Stay, Sleep Interrupted

Liked: Short stay.In by 4:00PM, out by 8:30.Everything was fine.Did not use the swimming pool.Typical buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Received a text from Corporate at 6:36AM, asking how our stay was.Woke us up.6:36AM? Really?

Liked: Could have been much better. The lobby looks really nice, but there was gross water damage on the ceiling in the room and a used teeth flosser was still in the shower. They advertise a hot tub, but that has been filled in and paved over, they only have the indoor pool and very dated in room spa tubs with weak jets. Beds were okay.

Relaxing place to stay

Liked: Our room at the Country Inn and Suites was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in an ideal location for easy access, yet also quiet. It has a large warm pool which we really enjoyed. Coffee and tea were always available. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only thing that we missed was fresh fruit at breakfast. They had canned fruit. Otherwise, the breakfast was good.

Very disappointed

Liked: Close to our destination
Disliked: The bathroom had no soap, the bedding had been ripped so bad it should have been trashed, the room wasn’t very clean. I spoke with the manager( Heather) and she had an attitude. When we arrived a guest was complaining about things missing in his room. I have been coming here off and on for over twenty years and this is the first time I have complained.
