Liked: Friendliness of staff. Convenience of location. Ease of check-in and check-out. Food choices for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. A couple of things I would like to see in the room: Towel rack for hand towel in sink area. Directory in room for nearby restaurants, parks, etc. better quality toilet paper.

Liked: Heather was absolutely amazing. We were doing a benefit call operation Santa at the Embreeville volunteer fire department for the Flood Victims and she was able to get us checked in early, got us together and on the first floor, so I can’t say enough about how amazing she was to help us with everything we’d asked for!!
