Liked: I was upset because the rate dropped right after I paid for my room . Other than that and the bed wasn’t that comfortable the stay was good . My last stay the bed was perfect so idk

Liked: Nice spacious, clean rooms with all the expected amenities.
Disliked: Called before hand to check if the hot tub would be open before booking as we were staying here after a sporting event. We booked it with the understanding after talking with staff that it would be open pending weather. We got there and the weather was wonderful. The hot tub however, was not open and weather had nothing to do with it (see pic). If we were told up front the hot tub was not functioning, that would have been fine, but obviously not the case.

Disliked: The ice machine on the first floor was broken and they do not clean rooms daily

Spend the extra money and...

Liked: This property is drab, outdated, dark, smelly and overall gross!
Disliked: It was dark, smelly, dirty, loud and a bit scary. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated every item and the price if you take them. Including the soap dish. That is very tacky. I dripped a bit of water on the tile in the main room from a to go container of food I ordered and used a napkin to wipe it up. The napkin was BLACK! So disgusting!!!! The staff made it extremely clear that no animals were allowed while the owner was out walking his dog. That seemed very unprofessional! Also, there are attack duck on property so beware! My son got attacked by two ducks when we returned in the evening. Just spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!
