Underwhelming.

Liked: Convenient location near the interstate. They were willing to consider a slightly early checkin. Checkin and checkout processes were reasonably fast.
Disliked: I am usually slow to complain, but I was so surprised when I walked in my room and the carpet was damp and there was an overwhelming stench of mildew and generally dirtiness. I walk barefoot everywhere.....apparently except in my own hotel room at this hotel. For the cost of the reservation, I expected nicer. At that price I could have stayed in a higher quality hotel (even in a bigger city), but I thought the Country Inn and Suites was a reliable chain. Now I have to rethink that.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Plenty to get full.0
Disliked: Checked out early because we found bugs crawling on the dresser beside the bed. The bathroom was nasty. Stains on the tissue holder and the side of the toilet.

Bad

Liked: Booked a room and it was canceled before we arrived, upon arrival we were told the room has been canceled and that they may not have anything available until 3pm. Turned us away but still tried to charge my card for a reservation that they turned us away for. Makes no since to me and felt like a total scam. The person at the counter even walked over from the kitchen area with a plate full of guest's breakfast, mouth full, still chewing while talking to us and being very rude...... but again still tries to charge us after turning us away because she neglected to cancel the reservation that we were told had been canceled. What a let down after driving 12hrs straight. Never booking this place again.

Liked: EVERYTHINGGGGLady at the desk was AMAZING in making sure me and the guys got a good room. Wasn’t nun crazy straight to the point. Definitely coming back
