Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; front desk employees were very helpful with questions.

Liked: Everything else was great.
Disliked: Hot tub water looked murky.

Liked: Price was way better than others in the area for what we got. Proximity to buttermilk falls is a huge plus. Uber into town was only 13 bucks. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. The cheaper hotels in the area have had recent bed bug issues so we tried here, and am very glad I did! Cleaners working hard in the midday hours were also very friendly and kind when I locked myself out.
Disliked: Toilets flush slowly, and you have to hold the handle the whole time. Not a huge issue, just weird.

Liked: Way over priced. The white fluorescent lighting is hideous.But it is convenient to Ithaca college and not the worst place around.But definitely not worth the money.

Liked: Rooms are big, comfortable beds, shower pressure great.Breakfast was good. Lots of options.
Disliked: The rooms are older and furniture is showing age a bit.

Liked: Rooms were a good size, breakfast was decent. They had really good lemonade punch that was complimentary and very good. There was also cookies that I did not try but my daughter enjoyed them.
Disliked: The carpets had just all been shampooed and it was very strong shampoo smell. Probably a Pleasant smell .if it wasn't as.strong, but ended.up giving me.a.headache. carpet was also.stilll damp in.our room which was unpleasant for walking around in our socks.
