Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; front desk employees were very helpful with questions.

Liked: From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The front desk guy was the nicest and very welcoming. He was an exceptional employee and very friendly and answered any question that we had. I also want to mention that my daughter left her Christmas card with $50 cash in it and when I called two days later after getting back to Orlando, I thought the worst that they weren’t gonna have it because I know that she left it in the room, well to our surprise, the cleaning staff. Found it and put it in the safe and that is a very honest cleaning staff and I appreciate it so much because my daughter was so heartbroken because it was a Christmas card from her grandfather that has been very ill. I will always come back to the same hotel, no matter what and because of the experiences that I’ve had they have a customer for life. You have some great employees that make it a great place.
Disliked: We only had one issue while we were there and that was that the toilet didn’t flush and when we tried to call the front desk, the phone in our room number 208 did not work so we had to go downstairs and let them know but it was fixed that same day that we told them when we came back from visiting friends.

Liked: I loved the room and the selection of the breakfast. The people at check in were amazing.
Disliked: the only issue we had was later at night we went to get coffee and the cups that were left had a leak in them but the front desk did rectify it by bringing out new cups but didn't remove the ones that were left that had the hole in them. Other than that everything else was great.

Disliked: We were told it was the policy of the hotel to have housekeeping every 3 days. ( not enough in my opinion). But we stayed 4 nights ,and our rooms never received housekeeping.

If you love bugs, bed...

Liked: Nothing. It’s so dirty that it should be condemned.
Disliked: Staff attitude was rude and not caring. I changed rooms because of the filth in the first room (blood stains on torn and ripped curtains, stains and ripped carpeting, etc). They moved me to a second room that was worse than the first ( dead bugs in corners and one litterly ran across the front of my shoe!.. I wanted to use the microwave but it was so dirty and smelled awful! Holes in the walls that had large patches and mold in the ceilings). In the end, the group I was with had some similar complaints and we all left). We were reimbursed.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice - better than most places I have stayed. The beds were comfortable and the suite was a good size. The room was acceptably clean but the bathroom was kind of worn (mildew stains, etc)
Disliked: It was difficult to find a person to check in with on arrival. The room was cold and there weren't enough blankets. One of the TVs didn't work.
