Liked: Nice place. Nice price.
Disliked: Grand staircase needs updating. Our bathroom was in need up patching and painting. (The caulk too I'd guess)

love the room,lady at desk...

Liked: breakfast great..location great
Disliked: tried to check in about noon,had been up for 24hrs just wanted to nap a little before going to dinner,was told room was not ready till 3pm.When we got there around 2,45pm told it would be 1o more mins. What was unacceptable was that there were 8 cars in parking lot,and our room still wasn't ready. We should have been able to check in at noon ,there was hardly anyone there. We come there multiple days every year for Colts game,next year may stay at Hampton inn

The staff weren’t really concerned...

Liked: The property was well maintained but it was a little confusing to get in to.
Disliked: The bathtub didn’t have a stopper and the maintenance staff didn’t have a pair. Also their hot water supply isn’t sufficient for the size of their facility. It was explained that a plumber would have to come in to remove the drain in order to replace the stopper and that would “cost over $200” but the second night after the majority of the guests left, I was able to have a hot bath.
