Disliked: the place is dirty and neglected and they have alot roaches, we have to stay the whole night with the lights on.

My stay was horrible the...

Liked: The only thing I liked was the location.
Disliked: The room was dirty and was not cleaned properly. The jacuzzi was also not working properly and had pubic hair in it. The room also had roaches. My husband killed more than a few. We did not enjoy our get away at all

Disliked: When we arrived the hotel was fully booked and did not have our reservation booked with booking.com. it two very long phone calls with booking.com back to the UK to find alternative accommodation. We are expecting booking.com to recompense us for the cost of the phone calls.
