It was a descent stay...

Liked: The staff was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was provided however we slept in and missed the breakfast. Parking was good and the location was close to many restaurants and other businesses.
Disliked: This is an older hotel and the room we were given was a handicap accessible room which we didn't request. Also housekeeping of the room could have been better. We expected the bed to be made up daily and the floors cleaned daily, Housekeeping did come to the room but didn't really clean the floors. They just remade the bed. Linens were not changed on the bed. The weather was bad a couple of days so the direct TV was offline a lot.

Liked: This hotel offers a delightful start to the day with a generous breakfast spread that was different both days we were there. . Freshly baked cookies provide a warm welcome upon arrival. However, a restful night's sleep proved elusive due to the firm mattresses. The overall experience was pleasant, but improvements to bed comfort would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. We appreciate the hotel's hospitality and hope to see upgrades in the future. The facility is dated and there are alot of aspects that are worn out. Like the elevators. , pool area doors and handles and alot of wear and tear on furniture. The head board was filthy with grease and hand prints on it. The closet doors felt like they were gonna break ( very flimsy) so we didn't touch them.

Only stay if you’re eyesight...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good and it also had free parking.
Disliked: The hotel looked tired and dated, the room had not had any updates done to it for a long time and both beds were very unstable and uncomfortable. They moved as you turned over in bed and was very apparent they hadn’t been checked in a long time. The grouting around the tiles in the bathroom were stained and cracked, also the tiles in the reception area were cracked and had chips out of them. The door handle to the pool area was broken and the lift maintenance room door was propped open with a fan blowing in it. We decided to go down for breakfast but gave it a miss as it was like a morgue in there with no atmosphere so we found a good breakfast place called the pancake shop instead. When it came time to check out we couldn’t find anyone to speak to so we just left our key card in the box and left. Next time I will pay more money and say in a hotel that has had some love and not been forgotten by time and management !!

Worst ever

Liked: This place was disgusting. It’s smelled like pot and cigarettes when you walked in. Super filthy and outdated. The beds were full size, not queen, one bed sunk halfway to the floor, the other was no better than sleeping on the floor. Speaking of floors, they were sticky and filthy, hair still in the floor from previous people. The bedding stunk, nursing home kind of smell. AND the toilet wouldn’t flush. Called down to the front and WE had to go get their plunger, no one brought it to us or offered to fix the problem, that I’m assuming was purchased from the dollar tree across the street, did nothing to help. We had to go down three floors to use the lobby bathroom. The curtains were stained, every one of them. The dresser drawers would open randomly. All the furniture was either broken or half torn apart. The tv rarely worked, good or bad weather. The only nice thing I can say was the breakfast prep people were kind and they did well with that set up. I honestly would have rather stayed in my car than in this hotel again.
