Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: None of the vending machines, nor the ice machine worked. It also looked like there had been recent flooding of the floor because fans were distributed around the hall. The ice machine not working was a real problem.

Liked: The staff was very polite, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bed was so awful. felt like sleeping on the ground, the mattress was so hard. All of the ice makers were broken. On the ground floor, in the "Electrical Room" and the ""Elevator Service Room" they had the doors open with large fans and dehumidifiers going, so that was a bit nerve-wracking when we had to use the elevator.

Liked: Overall the facility was good and quiet. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Strong odor in 2nd floor hall...odor was gone next morning. No soap or shampoo in room. Front desk stated they were short on supply and gave us 1 soap and 1 shampoo. No toilet paper holder in bathroom?

Liked: Very clean! Friendly staff.
Disliked: Hard beds. I actually considered going to another hotel, but the value and other comforts were so good.

Very disappointing

Disliked: Ice machine broke, coke machine empty, very poor tv reception, night staff had a "oh well" attitude, no phone, curtains on windows transparent. (Could see in room from the outside. Will never stay there again.

Disliked: The bed had a dip in it. It's time for new mattresses

Disliked: The floors were dirty hair and potato chips all over the floor. They did house cleaning and just made the bed they did not change the sheets or swept the floor, no shampoo or hand soap had to use my own mobile hot spot to watch TV ice machine didn't work
