My visit was to attend a convention meeting with Alabama Baptist Convention. This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very attentive and concerned about your stay. If ever I am in Birmingham overnight again I will choose Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Homewood for that stay.

Liked: It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable.
Disliked: Slow elevator.

Liked: I loved that house keeping did not wake me up to clean everyday. They provided trash pickup and clean towels when asked.

Disliked: The guy at the front desk wasn't friendly at all . I had issues with room key . Instead of fixing the issues, he had to make sure to tell me it was my fault . He just talked too much . The women workers are more friendly than the men. The men just look at you crazy. I will never go there again

Liked: Staff was wonderdul.
Disliked: The room had less furnishing than the online pictures indicated. The breakfast was not very good. There was renovations occurring on the main floor and things were a little un-kept. Price did not match the value of what we received.
