Don’t bother

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Customer service non existent when you’re ignored by reception for 10 minutes whilst checking in, hotel is tired and dirty, bar closed during winter, scrambled egg at breakfast was powdered egg, location on a very busy main highway.

Disliked: On arrival we waited in reception for about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by the staff member who was on her phone, not a great welcome, also our emails to the hotel weren’t acknowledged or responded to which was requesting a shuttle collection so we paid for an Uber, also the bar wasn’t open at this time of year which wasn’t advertised. They also refused to take us back to the airport as they needed 72 hours notice!

Disliked: The elevator made a lot of noise, which in turn cause a bit of anxiety when riding it. Also, we found a sock that was not ours as well as phone dongle, which in turn caused us to question the cleanliness of the room.

Liked: Loved the staff from front desk to housekeeping!The rooms super clean, loved the fridge and microwave having both was a plus!The hallways were clean and smelled good.The breakfast was a continental type but good, loved the dining area turned social area in the evening. Parking was good as well

Liked: The cleanliness of the lobby area, the size of the rooms! The bed was nice but could have been a little more soft but we had a good night's rest!The staff up front was very nice and even the housekeeping staff was great!I loved there was a microwave and fridge in the room!Lighting was fine and the room was very comfortable!
