Disliked: The elevator was really outdated It shakes really bad when you’re on in and the last inspection noted on the elevator was in 2022.The light in the bathrooms are automatic so when you enter the washroom, the light automatically comes on and there’s no way you can turn it off and be without light while you’re in the bathroom .The smoke alarm has red blinking lights. That’s very irritating when you’re trying to sleep. The tub has a permanent ring around the tub

Disliked: I had a late check out and was told to leave in 5 minutes by the cleaning staff when i still had 2 hours left.

Disliked: Customer service non existent when you’re ignored by reception for 10 minutes whilst checking in, hotel is tired and dirty, bar closed during winter, scrambled egg at breakfast was powdered egg, location on a very busy main highway.
