Disliked: All floors dirty with “crumbs” of things. Room was for occupancy of 4 with towels for 2. Dogs next soor barked all night and early morning. Breakfast had many empty items with no one restocking. Tables dirty with syrup etc that I had to clean. When checking in no one at desk, sign said to dial 0. When I did it took 5 minutes for the lady to come to the desk. Placed the DO NOT DISTURB sign on door and still maid service came in and made beds. Clearly this facility does not have adequate staff to meet customer needs.

Disliked: It looked like they did a few updates to cover up things that really needed to be fixed. I plugged up a charger and it just fell out of the outlet. every outlet in the room except one was like that or it had something in it that couldn’t be unplugged
