Great place to stay at...

Liked: The property is located at walk distance from downtown and it offers parking. Great location to stay and walk around Helen.
Disliked: The property needs to be taken care better. It’s ok but it could be nicer. The place for breakfast could also be nicer.

Rude, dirty. Disrespectful

Disliked: My door was not on the hinge correctly, so when I pulled the door close it swung the door latch and blocked me from getting back inside my room. When I notified the front staff. She told me repeatedly I slammed the door and can’t do that. When I tried to explain that I didn’t, she cut me off each time and said don’t slam the door. It was easy to see it was a malfunction on the door. There was also a bandaid on the peep hole of the door. Hard to feel like the room is clean when there is a band aid on the door.

Liked: Proximity to town.
Disliked: The building is in great need of remodeling. From the loose shower head pipe to the worn out door handles and old carpet. You can't hide the run down look with a few decorations.

Disliked: There were some chips pieces on the floor behind the bed and some hair in the shower... You could rinse it away of course and wipe down the shower but I will have preferred it not to be there.

Good place to stay.

Liked: Friendly staff, great location. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Room was extremely dusty. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to paint flaking off the floor. It was the main reason the hotel was selected and we were unable to use it.

Very relaxing stay.

Liked: Disappointed in the breakfast. No danish or muffins. Milk was in a gallon jug. Fresh. Fruit was in another room away from the food. Alot less choices than before.
Disliked: Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.
