Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The room we were in was pretty disgusting. Stains all over the living room furniture. The refrigerator needs replaced. We couldn’t even use the freezer section. It was completely frosted over and the refrigerator wasn’t able to get very cold floors were dirty and everything was dusty. We weren’t able to use the pool. We attempted a couple times, but it was so cloudy and smelled really bad. Definitely needed to be shocked.

Liked: Breakfast was just ok.
Disliked: First of all. The toilet was running. We asked for it to be serviced. Minor adjustments made. Two flushes later the toilet was running again.

Disliked: I was treated very poorly because I am African American. I reported my room being dirty a previous stay and I’m not being mistreated for that as well as my race. I complained about the dirty room with proof and because I did that they are trying to get me back . They tried to charge my card $100 for dirty towel and wash cloth. Front desk slyvia was very nasty and rude to me. Which isn’t fair I pay my money every other person why mistreat me and my family. I have 3 kids and one being autistic with bad asthma the rooms was so dusty and dirty I can’t upload video
