Liked: Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Booked more than one room and asked to be together, rooms were on different floors. Very loud activities late into the night.

Disliked: The front desk staff had terrible attitudes with us and treated my family and i horribly! The mgr “Ashley” was very rude! Tried to eat the breakfast and there was fruit flys everywhere, same with the pool area! I for one don’t recommend going here!

Disliked: There's nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable, nice location.
Disliked: Check In process. Reserve a room for another guest thru Booking.com and mark the option to pay on counter because the intention was for him to pay for the room. Then I noticed they charge to my account and not to the guest credit card. That happened with 2 different guests. I call them and they explain to me that they cannot make any changes in the payment method if reservation was made thru a third party. I told them that it is probably the tenth time I reserved for another person and never have that situation.

Need new cleaning ladies.

Disliked: Food flower petals and trash behind the bed. Blankets was dirty. Sheets had green stain on it. Some random pill on the floor in the bathroom.
