Disappointed- Room Not Available at...

Disliked: I made a reservation for 2 queen bedroom room and inform that we would be a late check-in. Paid for room in advance. The services I paid for was not available. This was a complete debacle. Ladie was rude, even with giving her confirmation number showing I had a reserved 2 queen bed room.

It was a short trip...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and respectful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Grinnell, Iowa. I will go to this hotel the next time we are visiting family in Grinnell, Iowa. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral, but we enjoyed the room and staff.
Disliked: We had an issue with a table lamp but I told the front desk when we left and that the fan in the bathroom did not work and they were going to let maintenance know.
