Liked: liked the location, that they had a hot tub, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was good and had a decent variety, and the pillows were comfy
Disliked: the fitness center was closed, the pool area didn't have any towels at all when we went swimming around 9:30am Saturday, the TV/remote in our room was very finicky and slow to change chanels, and the toilet in our room clogged twice on us in one night which was embarrassing to have to ask for a plunger from the front desk

I need a refund

Disliked: The pool didn't have inside lights for safety was a shock. Then the hottub had visible hair floating around. The hockey boys were joking about peeing in the pool and hottub. We were in our room by 7. Too much yuck. There were 100% no towels for the pool and if you thought you could use room towels to get more at the desk there was no clean towels. Breakfast was gone by 715am with no refill for at least the 30 min we sat there. We were lucky to have a table. The worst part is my daughter contracted athletes foot on her hands. I'd love a refund.

Disliked: Outdated, musty smell in hallway, stains on carpet in room, hairs under the bed sheets. Night clerk wasn’t very friendly!

Disliked: Our room could have been cleaner. We had ants in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty in our room. Paint was missing in the bathroom.
