Liked: Clean, quite, friendly staff, felt safe.
Disliked: Everything was very good

Liked: too crowded on day one. unused on day 2 and 3. day 4 was good.
Disliked: cold air return in our room left the room colder than normal. it was drafty. we had the temp set at 75 to compensate.

Disliked: It was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. A dirty cigar mouthpiece/filter was left in the headboard. Used bandaid on the floor. I booked through booking and the total was 149 and I it said I would pay at hotel. I get to hotel and they charge me saying there was a $20 hold for incidentals and the total was $169. On my credit card it shows the $169 and an extra $20 charge both pending. The poor girl at the desk was overwhelmed but still told me they’d take $10 off because of the smoke smelled room. The $11 charge is taken off my account. Not sure why it was $11?
