Liked: I was in town because a friend was in the hospital and this hotel was reasonably priced and within five minutes of the hospital. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I originally booked for one night and came back for the second night. There was some construction going on but that wasn't a problem.

Disliked: Not clean,had to wait to check in an hour late due to staff not having it cleaned ,when I entered it was filthy.two different occasions,staff bothered me through room phone line,first time was to tell me to turn down my music which I felt was not louder than the jets in the hot tub,,second time was to tell me to leave on the second night before 10 am,which I was asleep,I didn't get no rest at all or enjoy my company of friends,,total embarrassment to me .

Disliked: Wasn’t told at booking that there was a $100 deposit required in case of room damage. Bare floors, no carpet. Noise level was high. Heater in room would not shut off or lower sufficiently for a comfortable night. Breakfast was bad. Waffle iron was unusable due to someone burning a waffle. Staff ignored it. They did see it, but didn’t unplug or try to clean. I didn’t know you could screw up scrambled eggs. They were like eating watery rubber. Was told at check in the pool was closed, no reason why.
