Disliked: Dirty; outdated; unsettling and overall disgusting hotel. Rooms very dirty; air conditioning did not work; sewage leak in the lobby. The only bright spot was there was a Sleep Number bed - but it was broken!

I enjoyed my stay, though the breakfast could have used a few more options. The choices were almost entirely bread-based, and I was looking for more options. They had apples, but the two I ate weren't very good. Could have used some eggs, or sausage, or ham.

Disliked: There wasn’t any body wash or conditioner in the shower dispensers.There wasn’t any coffee in the dispenser when I went down for breakfast.There wasn’t any hot food available for the breakfast at 7:30 Am. I had to ask the front desk if they were going to fill the hot food.She went and made sausages and egg patties for the breakfast.I asked for a receipt and the front desk clerk refused to give me one. She said I had to contact Booking.com for a receipt. When I told her that other Country Inn a Suites give me a receipt when I book through Booking.com she said they shouldn’t .
