Liked: Clean and comfortable. Staff was great!
Disliked: Breakfast was not a highlight for me. Egg patties looked all shriveled up. The sausage patties were not browned and appeared grey in color. I had cereal and toast after that. And it cost me an extra $120 from the previous year. That was a huge increase.

Liked: the breakfast served was absolutely incredible! the only thing that would make it even better if it were served till 11:00/11:30! the location is very interesting! interesting in a good way. the hotel itself is honestly very beautiful and the inside is just breathtaking. the lobby is very lovely and truly love how this hotel stays cleaned and being cleaned! always seen staff cleaning around the hotel. the staff were also very friendly and lovely all around, also very helpful!
Disliked: something that could be worked on is maybe the time checking in just for those who arrive earlier than the time set.
