Exceptional

One of worst hotel stays...

Liked: Ok but should expand. No rolls or pastries, small selections
Disliked: Asked for luggage rack from 3 people, never got. Booked this for airport transportation, driver got stuck in snow, never called, never came. Desk person had no back up plan and basically left us on our own. Used uber and paid to get to airport with my disabled husband. Didn't come out from desk to help at all. Sink slow drain and faucet only extended to edge of sink: couldn't wash hands! Poorly run, poorly set up, poorly maintained, some staff nice, others interested in playing on their phone.

Disliked: No elevator, all vending machines broken.

Decent but ...

Liked: Nothing was super, stuff was ok Location was ok
Disliked: Smell in the hall way, breakfast, entry looks like you are coming to the back door...

Very poor

Liked: Paid for a 1 room king suite with pull out couch. They gave me a normal king room. Went to desk said that's not what I reserved, I wanted the pull out couch room for a reason, and I paid more for said room. They some how couldn't get me what I paid for and ended up in a double queen room so we had enough beds, that cost way less than the room I paid. I was told I'd have to wait fir the manager to decide if she'd give me a partial refund on Monday. Every time I book a room on here I don't get what I pay for and end up in room that is crap in comparison to what I paid for.
Disliked: Actually having the room I reserved, and not being stuck in a cheaper room, for the price of the room I paid for.

Will stay again there if...

Disliked: Could not close curtains to shut off outside lites at nite and better priviticy

We will find another accommodation...

Liked: Breakfast and location was good.
Disliked: Street light shined in room all night. Curtains did not close. Would not use shower due to mold, and grime.

Average hotel, worth what you...

Liked: We loved the location. It was perfect. The price was exactly what we could afford for 3 nights stay.
Disliked: The shower was quite moldy and was leaking from the shower head and the controls bad enough that we had to leave the shower door closed. Otherwise, the floor would be soaked. The carpet was dirty enough that when you walked on it for a few mins, your feet were filthy. The location of our room was by the stairs, and the elevator was broken down. I should have requested for a different room as I was kept up all night two nights in a row from the constant door slamming and people in and out all night long going up and down the stairs.
