We enjoyed the pool location...

Liked: We enjoyed our mini family vacation was disappointed. There was no hot tub when the ad said there was.

Liked: Check in was simple & easy
Disliked: The wake up call at 10:45am & check out was noon

Liked: Room did not get cleaned like it was supposed too during my stay. And the room was dirty.

Disliked: There was no housekeeping during our 2 night stay. We had to go and ask for more towels.

Dried urine in our bed

Liked: The location and morning staff were nice.
Disliked: We had dried urine in our bed. Who knows how long it’s been there. Our bed smelt bad and we didn’t notice until the morning. They put a clean fitted sheet top sheet and blanket over top of the soiled mattress pad and protector to hide it. I took the mattress pad and mattress protector off the bed and handed it to the front desk. He gave me a clean mattress pad and said room set didn’t come in until 20 minutes to ask about the mattress protector. My daughters had a cheer competition that we had to get ready for and I was so irate that I had to wait around to talk to the cleaning crew to ask if they had a clean mattress pad. When I talked to the cleaning woman she said they don’t have extra ones. I said well can you at least wash it. It reeks of urine. And she said yes. I left and went to the competition and you’d think when I came back I’d come to the mattress pad on the bed nope it wasn’t. I had to then go up to the front desk and ask the young man who hates his job with the two nose piercings and three earrings in his right ear. I felt with him at check in and he was the only staff who I had a problem with. He wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. Never would I ever recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. Nasty!! How would you like to sleep on a soiled bed? How disgusting. Plus there was a piece of ripped lace underneath the television stand.

I would stay there again...

Liked: The location is great for everything I was there mainly for the airport and it was perfect.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell and cobwebs in the corner.

Liked: I can’t tell you a single thing that I enjoyed about the property. I was very dissatisfied with my stay.
Disliked: everything was dirty. The property itself was rundown. The staff was very unpleasant. The free continental breakfast closed before 9:15am. The pool was shut down and no one notified us of that so we could’ve stayed elsewhere. our hotel linens were stained. our bathroom was disgusting. I had to go buy cleaner at Meijer and clean it. The beds were uncomfortable. The elevator is on its last life. The room was gross. Just save your money and stay literally any other place. by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wish I would’ve taken more pictures because it was very gross.
