Liked: The breakfast was very good. The location was safe. The management and staff was friendly and professional. My room was kept clean daily with fresh bedding and clean bathroom. I liked the hot coffee and cookies in the lobby. This was night and day compared to the Best Western Plus where you find roaches, black mold in the bathroom and have to schedule room service days in advance. This is a great place for the business person and family.
Disliked: Very good value for the price. Everything is as advertised. Nothing is hidden or deceitful here. You get what you pay for. A safe quiet room and parking lot, hot breakfast and clean room. I can honestly say there is nothing negative here. You can checkout my review of the Best Western Plus in this town and know that I give my honest and true review of hotels I stay with.

This is not a hotel...

Liked: Breakfast ends at 10am but by 9am they were cleaning up because the breakfast according to them was over. We were only able to make teaSo the next day we were finally able to eat and guess what, the Breakfast was bad!
Disliked: The service was horrible from the receptionist the first night. This was after we told her to swipe the card again and she politely said to us "well if it declined the first time what make you think i won't decline the second time again' bare in mind it declined after we've already paid for 2 rooms on the card and needed to pay for 3 more and this was 4 am. Ma'am we just drove 14 hours to get to NC(get for real). So we then told her we'll pay cash we are exhausted! The elderly lady ask us if we can afford to pay for the room. Miss are your serious!
