Half way there

Liked: Easy, friendly staff and good location
Disliked: The fitness centre was a joke. Two options for cardio and a broken multi gym.

Liked: Loved the beds and the room
Disliked: They were doing construction in the pool area and nobody informed us they wouldn't open the pool or turn the waterslides on - very sad little kids

Liked: The staff was very knowledgeable.And pleasant.
Disliked: First off the hairdryer didn't work when I went down to get one from the office. There was nobody there. The pool closes way too early for adults to be able to use it. And the maids tried to get in our room several times while we were still there, starting at like eight o'clock in the morning. That was ridiculous.
