Liked: Pretty clean and comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast good. Clean bedding.
Disliked: There were many dusty areas in bedroom. Living furniture old and outdated and worn. Bed skirting old and worn.

Stay Away Unless You Like...
Liked: The location was great and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. The hotel had quiet hours that were adhered to.
Disliked: We booked a King Suite with a pull-out couch. Upon checking in and preparing the sofa bed for our child, we discovered what appeared to be blood and mold on the sheets. We exchanged those for clean sheets at the front desk. When our child was settled, we closed the door in the bedroom and discovered mold on the wall behind the door. As it was after 11pm when we checked in and our child was asleep at that point, we decided to stay and report the issue in the morning. In the morning, we discovered more mold on the vent exterior, window frame/sill, and the full wall across from the bed, as well as dust on the tv, hair in the shower, and splatter on the wall in the living room area. We decided to skip breakfast and check out. At that time we notified the front desk and offered to show the photos we took, which was declined. We were told a manager would reach out to us, but that never happened. We followed up through the booking app and was told the same thing, which has not happened over two weeks after we checked out. If we had known the full extent of the mold and filth the night we checked in, we would have left. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to have rooms in that state and then never reach out to the guest to discuss. *Adding to ensure no false responses are made by the hotel; We had our small, hypoallergenic dog with us and we paid our pet fee. Neither we, nor our dog, made or left any mess or was loud. We made no threats or demand for a refund and were polite in our in-person and online requests to discuss this with a manager. We did not want to leave a review like this and waited two weeks to hopefully see resolution and leave a better review. We have date/time stamped photos of our room and its state.

A great Hotel with great...
Liked: The Hotel is very nice, we have stayed hear before, the rooms are big and the Beds are Fantastic, the Shower is very warm. The Breakfast is always good and plenty. All the staff are very Friendly, Pleasant, Polite and Respectful. Eric was great working the Front Desk there all 3 nights. Very Professional and a great person.
Disliked: The Spa was nice, but the Pool was extremely cold water, I always taught it was heated before never this Cold
