Liked: I like the location and the pool
Disliked: The breakfast used to be way better and a lot more choices. Now there’s not much of a choice for breakfast.

Good outweighed the bad. But...

Liked: The water park was a nice option, and I'm glad it had a hot tub. The hallways were clean. Though there were not many, I'm grateful there were some vegan options. Close to the downtown. Front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The pool, hot tub, Waterpark was dirty and in disrepair. It was listed as saltwater, not chlorine. When we got there, it was chlorine. Although I like firmer beds, they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable as hard as a rock. It was hard to sleep on. Our room was near the entrance, on the main floor, and people were loud all hours of the night. At around 2 am, there was a loud knocking noise. It sounded like some sort of plumbing issue. I wish there was a dim light in the bathroom. There was only a super bright light where if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you can't see anything because you are blasted by the light. Our room looked clean but smelled dirty. They really need to invest in better mattresses. The whole point of staying at a hotel is a place to sleep, I almost went out in our truck to sleep because that would of been more comfortable.

Liked: The cleanliness and the facilities.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed and the game room was a big SCAM!! The machines in the game room ate so much money and only a couple actually worked when money was added.

wonderfully kind staff members and...

Liked: I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room! everything was prepared beautifully for us. every staff member we interacted with were always so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: One thing i didnt enjoy was where we were located. it wasnt a big deal or too much of a disturbance but we were right by the stairs and when people were walking up or down it was pretty loud.

Liked: Very clean rooms, pool was fun for kids, allowed to bring drinks into the pool while watching the kids play, good breakfast, very ice staff.
Disliked: When booking or two rooms we were told they don't have joining rooms, with the door separating them, and was told they would put our rooms as close together as they could. The rooms were across the hall from each other which worked out fine but one of the rooms had the door in it that was connected to the room next door so that was disappointing finding out we were lied to about it but we would still stay there again.
