Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly. Greeted us with bottles of water, which was appreciated after a full day of travel. Breakfast was delicious and hot.

Absolutely worst hotel

Disliked: The hot tub was broken after I called prior to booking and was told it was working. Or I would have booked elsewhere. Then in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off like six times everyone had to go downstairs my son was hysterical and scared. He was scared and crying the whole night, no one slept. It was awful. I asked for a full refund and they couldn’t even do that. Will never stay here

Liked: Bed was worn out it caved in the middle not the comfiest.

Liked: Staff was great- location good - breakfast was a good value - no roust guests
Disliked: A bit to much sound in the room (from utilities) - needed the fan on to drown it out
