Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: TV and phone disconnected in room. Night staff was able to come and and correct. Party in the breakfast area at night and garbages were overflowing still in the morning.

Last time for this hotel

Liked: Location always works for us, easy access to the interstate, many restaurants near by
Disliked: Hotel is just not what it used to be. We booked a jacuzzi suite, the jacuzzi was not working and when I attempted to call the desk the phone was not working. I went down to the desk and explained the issue and the initial response was “oh, we don’t have a maintenance person on today for the jacuzzi but I can check on the phone or we can move you to another room”I asked if it was a jacuzzi room and was told no.I said I had already unpacked and really did not want to move. There was a lot of shoulder shrugging and looks exchanged by the two behind the desk. I asked if they would just discount the room I am in. After much clicking and several attempts she said she reduced the rate to a king room. The charges on my account show two reductions and three additional charges, all still pending. We will see what the end result is.We have stayed at this hotel many times and each time the quality has decreased and the concern from the staff has lessened.

Disliked: Tv didn’t work Room was dirty and smelly. Bathroom was dirty and had a greasy film on everything. Very thin walls. Was a horrible stay. I needed a place for a quick sleep, so I delt with it. Would never recommend

Very basic accommodations, but decent....

Liked: Breakfast was good. When I went down for a cup of coffee at 6:10 it was not done.

Housekeeping cleaning every THREE days?...

Liked: Barely okay for instant, powdered scrambled eggs. Breakfasts with institutional food aren’t pleasant.
Disliked: I guess I should expect housekeeping to clean my room every THREE days like we’ve come to settle for $4.00 for a gallon of gas.
