Liked: I usually don’t do this but this has been the worse experience ever!!! If I could give this hotel a zero I would! I got charged twice on my card and I don’t even stay there the lady stated it was an authorization but it’s charges on my card. Sheets on the bed was filthy and we found a dead bed bug on the sheets as well. On booking it states that there was supposed to be a pull out couch so there wasn’t enough room for all of us to sleep. The worst experience I had in along time 0/10 don’t recommend. Then on top of that customer service was trash phone ringing off the hook with no one at the front desk. Front desk lady was outside smoking a cigarette.
Disliked: Nothing horrible experienced on ever level. I want my money back!

Dirty and disorganized

Liked: When I arrived they told me that they didn’t have a room for me despite me showing the confirmation from booking.com and also the text the hotel itself had sent me earlier in the day confirming. They then realized that they allowed someone else to check in using my name. They gave me the keys to the room and then decided they should check to make sure that someone wasn’t in my room first. Someone else was in there! They eventually found a room for my family and I despite the hotel being sold out. The room was very dirty though as was the bathroom. There were stains on the bedding, the lampshades, the rug. There were used, dirty spoons on the floor and hairs in the shower. The front desk clerk was very polite and apologetic. She was very sweet and I appreciated her help but other than that it was overall a very bad experience all the way around.

Liked: Location was close to lots of restaurants and the interstate. Plenty of parking. Evening staff were very nice. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Didn’t hear anything all night and we were on the first floor.

Liked: The place is super dirty and sounds like never been cleaned in years. The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The photos are totally different and misleading.
