Disliked: Upon arriving into the room, within a couple minutes of being there, the sheer curtain had fallen, not a huge deal, so I didn't worry about it. The TV would turn on, but very few channels actually came through. The shower would get really hot and then cold. It would go back k and forth, making a shower really hard to do. The toilet ran all night, which isn't great white noise to hear. The mattress was VERY firm making it painful to sleep in it, so I went over to the couch and couldn't get it to pull out, so I was forced to sleep in the bed, waking up in a lot of pain. A guest in one of the surrounding rooms kept going in and out of their door, causing it to slam, all hours of the night. I woke up in pain, exhausted from lack of sleep. Didn't chance a shower due to the extreme flip flopping of temperature, which caused a lot of frustration. I had let the front desk know, and nothing was done. I couldn't chance another sleepless night, so I had to check out a night early, wasting money on a second night. I didn't have extra funds to stay elsewhere, so I had to cut my trip short due to it. Upset that I paid for a night that wasn't used.

Liked: Front desk staff is very welcoming and courteous. Breakfast staff always greats me and mentions items available. Super clean eating area too!
Disliked: Hallway carpets could use a good shampoo.
