Disliked: We got there and they said they didn’t have our reservation. They said it never came through from the booking company and that they could not accommodate us. We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds booked and already paid for. I had to scramble with booking to find alternative accommodations. Booking was wonderful and refunded my acct and found new lodging. The desk attendant was not helpful. She told me I would need to call booking and get a refund from them.
