Adequate for the night

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The highway noise was really loud, almost sounded like the window was open. The window looked rather old too. The USB plug didn't work by bed. The shower drained poorly, was standing in ankle deep water the entire shower.

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED and WILL NOT...

Liked: Convenient but it is A DIRTY, NASTY AND DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!
Disliked: If I could describe how DIRTY, NASTY and DISGUSTING this room was and how UNACCOMMODATING the entire staff was including the manager!!!First I arrived very late to the hotel around 9:40pm for a very early track meet the next morning. Very tired and exhausted from the drive so I prepared for bed, not noticing anything a weird foul smell to the room. Woke up the next morning and right by the night stand was A DEAD MED SIZE ROACH!! I took a pic to show the manager and maintenence guy. All they did was look in the room and said we did not find anymore insects that like it and it's not a roach it's just a brown insect. I ask for any compensations for the inconvenience of having unwanted guest and they stated "We can not do anything because we didn't find any more insects". I asked if you think it's one don't you thing it's more around roaches I'm sorry "insects" don't travel along. He stated "sorry ma'am there's nothing we can do for you".

Great location, staff was friendly

Liked: The location was great! Close to shopping, restaurants and recreation.
Disliked: The pillows were very thin, the bed was like sleeping on a rock and our windows leaked. My friend had to eat her waffle with a spoon because the hotel staff wouldn't supply forks. Not enough seating in the lounge for breakfast. It's a three floor hotel and less than 12 chairs and 6 small tables for eating breakfast.

Disliked: Public areas smelled. Room had stains everywhere. Both days I styled there, staff entered my door but didn’t lock it when they left. Maintenance had come in to drill a hole in the ceiling but didn’t clean up the shavings they left. Issues were reported. Received an apology but no action to clean it up

Liked: Not enough seating in the breakfast area. People had to stand and eat. No forks & trash over flowing. Pool looked green.

Liked: There wasn’t much food by 8:30 what was supposed to be hot wasn’t and there was only a few pieces of bread and a croissant. The coffee wasn’t very good either we didn’t go there the second or third day of our stay. The 1st day we asked if they were going to refill the eggs and potatoes and the clerk responded I’ll get around to it.
Disliked: Everything the room was not ready when we arrived we were told after awhile it was got up to it and it wasn’t. They then gave us another room with 2 queen beds we booked a king suite. We had to get the keys redone every night we went to get into our room. Not great breakfast. Pool looked like it needed a shock treatment.
