Liked: The hotel is certainly customer focused! I am mobility challenged and the hotel Manager came out to the car to assist in getting the luggage into our room! The front desk staff was very good with suggesting restaurants, shopping, and making us feel as though we VIP guests! The handicap accessible room was excellent! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever had the opportunity to sleep in! Due to indulging in sleeping in we were not able to enjoy the breakfast offered! And that's ok....we truly enjoyed the wonderful night's rest!!! When in the area, we will definitely stay here again and again!!
Disliked: Nothing! It is fantastic to be able to say we couldnt find anything to complain about!

Clean, friendly staff, good value.

Liked: Quiet, easily accessible to our event. Staff was friendly, helpful, and keep a clean facility. There was a pool and it was clean, with towels available. Housekeeping asked if we needed anything during our stay and provided clean towels and other linen. Breakfast was fresh and plenty available.
Disliked: We didn't have any complaints and we would definitely stay again. Bathroom was a bit small I think was our only complaint but we are chunky people so it was fine.

Liked: The Location was good
Disliked: My door didn’t lock. It was fixed the next day. The room was clean but it appeared that trash was swept under the bed and dresser.

Liked: Fair priced, clean, breakfast was good.
Disliked: We had no issues, staff was friendly, room price was reasonable. We had no complaints and will stay again

Liked: Location was easy to get to.
Disliked: Tub had a Patch on it in the bottom where you stand and felt like you were going to fall through it. Sheets on the Beds were wrinkly and long black hairs all over them. Not sure if they were clean or used. Refrigerator did not work. The AC Unit did not work right. Needs some updates and a thorough cleaning....
