Disliked: For the second consecutive stay, we had issues with the toilet and had to be relocated to another room. This stay, we were moved for the evening and had to be moved again the next morning.

Liked: Kitchen staff were very friendly. The one woman tried to do what she could when there were no tea bags available. She also asked often if she could get us anything.
Disliked: We were on the main level next to the storage closet. Walls seems to be very thin because I could hear kitchen staff and people in the hallway very easily. I could also hear the woman in the room on the other side of us talking on her phone. I am not talking muffled sounds but a clear conversation. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a nice job cleaning the room. It would have been a great stay if we could not hear everything around us
