Liked: near the freeway.
Disliked: signs warning that I was being watched as if to imply that theft and other crimes were or could happen.

Liked: Location close to hospital. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Very disappointing. Not like other Radisson properties that we have stayed in. Was given a smoking room. Hallways were nasty and dirty. Beds were hard and hated the small pillows.

Liked: My reservation was charged but cancelled even after speaking to male afternoon clerk about late check in. Booking com and property both washed their hands of me and although showed up to check in said I was a no-show. Do not recommend property. Neither does my 98 year old Mom. John M. Gildersleeve

Not great service to us...

Liked: It was close to my house. We were without power from an ice storm.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. And when our power came on, we were told we could cancel our last day of reservation, but we never have been able to. Also, I left my pillow, and when I went back the next day, and the next, I never was able to recover it. Glad they were open, but it wasn’t a favorable experience.

Great because the hotel lady...

Liked: Everything. Rooms were great. I actually was able to get the handicapped accessible room that enabled me to shower my 44 year old son that does not walk. What a blessing that was.
Disliked: You don’t have enough handicapped showers like room 119 has. I stayed at a best western that had LVP flooring. I LOVED it. I could see that the floor was clean. I stayed at a BEST western in Georgetown KY for a week. Never heard a vacuum sweeper one time. At this Country Inn, there was a stir stick just barely under the bed on the carpet. Carpeted rooms are dirtier rooms than LVP rooms. Hope you consider this in your renovation. Don’t touch Room 119. It is great except for the carpet. Also, I did request a handicapped room and a first floor room. I got neither from Booking.com. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk gave me both. For that I am grateful, but I now have doubts about booking with Booking.com. It is very difficult traveling with someone severely disabled. We need help and special consideration. Booking. Com did not deliver, but the hotel lady did.
