Liked: One of the best breakfast we have had on our trips. Very friendly staff. Hope to stay there again

Liked: The only thing we liked about it was the location.
Disliked: The kids running through the halls until 1am. The adults screaming at the kids in the hallway. Thought a fight was going to happen. The noise level was absolutely ridiculous the whole entire time we were there and we got no sleep. The breakfast was awful, the staff act as if they don’t care and even when we mentioned how people were screaming and kids running around the hotel until 1am they just said why didn’t anyone report it. Another family was behind us at the counter and even they said how terrible their experience was and the man at the desk literally acted as if we were wrong and were bothering him with this news. The people above us were allowing their kids to jump and run and bang until 12am and it all started back up at 6am! No staff attempted to stop the kids from running and screaming or check in when the adults started screaming. This was right at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. It was like a free for all! We paid over $200 bucks for a room to sleep in and didn’t even get to sleep!

Liked: We stayed overnight and so happy we didn’t stay the extra day. I have 3 kids myself and have stayed at many facilities with a lot of kids. It was so loud, until 1AM and started again at 5 AM. Stomping, running it was NON STOP!!! I felt like I was in a duplex with paper thin walls. We were on the second floor and sounded like elephants walking above us ALL night. If you want any kind of rest AVOID…

Liked: Cold coffee in the lobby when we got there. Asked the kid if he could make more, he said there's coffee in your room. Next morning went down for breakfast at 9:00. No eggs, no meat, spoonful of potatoes left. Breakfast ends at 9:30... Won't come back

Disliked: The beds are hard. It was very very crowded. Too loud and too many kids - this is located across the street from an indoor water park. The overflow from the water park stays here. It's also cheaper.
