Very disappointing to have to...

Liked: The front desk 2 girls were very nice and helpful trying to get us taken care ofThe continental breakfast was very good
Disliked: The key card system didn’t work and we had to have staff let us in every time we needed in our room. The elevator decided to break down and both managers were on vacation. My husband has a heart condition and he had to climb flights of stairs. Now we are trying to get some compensation and they are telling us the GM has to approve that.

Pleasant and pieceful.

Liked: The hotel's service was wonderful. The entire staff was professional and personable. My husband and I enjoyed a hot breakfast in the morning. We also like the pool and workout room.
Disliked: All was fine.

Liked: They have clean staff and facilities. Staff was nice and polite.
Disliked: They ran out of coffee and creamer. They had to be told a few times before they refilled it.
