For the value and price...

Liked: Beds are good.The staff very friendly.Staff tried very hard to please our concerns.Breakfast was good as expected.We were there for one night so I didn’t get to see the exercise area or pool.Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Our first room there was no shower curtainSecond room had a broken electrical cover/ outletCoffee maker in room leaked out the water.The window shear curtain was ripped. a black mark on the wall by door.There was hair conditioner in bathroom no hair shampooOutside in the seating area the light fixture was hanging out of it’s socket.

Liked: The pool was closed but we were not made aware of it And that was a big reason why we chose to stay there. When we mentioned it should be posted up that it's closed or under construction, she stated we never asked. The room was not worth the price and the TV was broken in the room. The beds were quite hard. My family will never stay there again!!

Poorly run. We will not...

Liked: The hotel should remove the pool as a feature. We were refused access to the pool. We were told it was “under maintenance” & that it was “too cold”. This was an indoor pool, so it was B.S. There was minimal staff. Hotel was overbooked & I was forced take a different room than the type I booked or go elsewhere. Even that room was not ready & had no towels. The “complimentary” breakfast was not available during the time advertised, since the front desk clerk was spending time between the dining / kitchen & the laundry & the desk. Charge more & hire a team.

Disliked: Fact it says online pool and jacuzzi anf neither one were available. The whole reason i wanted a hotel thay night wS for the pool and jacuzzi. Im upset because when i found out when checking in i could not refund. Soo FALSE advertising is crap. Their breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was warm milk was old. Etc.
