Liked: Room was clean Pool was okay
Disliked: Key card system was broken and no one was made aware until arrival and check in.Had to wait to be let into our own rooms and they expected us to keep them unlocked... No thanks. No sheets or blanket for sofa bed in the room, had to ask the already very busy front desk person. Towel policy.. only allowed 2 towels (we had 4 people in a room) ridiculous. They gave us more towels, but didn't want to.

Disliked: First room the tub was dirty. I was going to call the front desk but the telephone in the room did not work. I went to the front desk to let them know and they did send the housekeeper back to clean the tub but we were told that the tub doesn’t come clean. We were moved to a different room. We had a split stay so we returned two days later to the hotel and while taking a shower I discovered over the bathroom ceiling and on the walls, what looked like mold.
